Axis Deer

The Axis Deer is a social creature native to the short grasslands of India that spends its time in herds and are particularly wary of scent and sound. Getting up close is a challenge that will stretch your hunting skills….but taking home a set of their long, impressive antlers and mild flavorful game meat makes this a great trophy for any hunter. Axis can be hunted year-round, but May – August are typically the best months.
